Doing more with less
A group of eminent clinicians has arranged a conference, with the aim of tackling some of the challenges facing the NHS.
The conference, Doing More With Less, is to be held at the City Inn, Manchester on the 5 th October and will cover a number of measures which can be taken by trusts to increase their efficiency, whilst driving up standards in care.
Speakers include Dr DJ Brown, clinical fellow in Emergency Medicine at the Homerton Hospital, London, as well as being a regular contributor to National Health Executive. Dr Brown also has extensive experience of improving care pathways within the NHS.
Other speakers include Mark Jarman Howe, who is programme director at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and who also has extensive experience in pathway redesign.
