Foundation Trusts

I believe that the Government has left no option for NHS trusts up and down the country, other than to apply for foundation trust status, due to their funding being under threat of being absorbed into other bigger organisations/foundation trusts.

I believe they have done this so the financial difficulties look like it’s the fault of the individual NHS constituencies, rather than an incompetent government who quite cleverly, or deviously, continue to put the blame on others, then criticise them for being victims.

They spend so much time ‘playing ’ with institutions, making them run round like headless chickens trying to fulfil the strict criteria they’re setting, so all the time nobody has their head above the pulpit long enough to challenge the ridiculous games this government are playing with people's lives, earnings, self-esteem, and faith in the future!
