Eat, drink and feel better
The importance of nutrition in health and social care settings should not be underestimated.
Patients suffering from ill-health, or recovering from injury, must be especially careful about the food and drink they receive, in order to return to fitness as quickly as possible.
Issues concerning the type of food and drink, as well as how to administer meals, will undoubtedly benefit staff as well as patients. The dedicated team the Nutrition Advocates programme proposes is a significant step forward for more well-tailored, healthy nutrition.
