Justice for victims of Stafford
The woman who founded the campaign group Cure The NHS after her 86-year-old mother died in Stafford Hospital, still has huge concerns about the treatment of vulnerable patients.
At the public inquiry into care provided by the trust between 2005 and 2008, Julie Bailey said that although conditions appear to have improved a lot, her campaign group continued to receive complaints about the hospital.
Let’s hope that justice is done for this courageous woman and the other victims of the mismanagement of Stafford Hospital.
