Let’s have some perspective
From what I can tell a small group of self-righteous right wingers are ‘outraged’ by a recent advert designed to encourage more teenagers to use contraception.
Now whilst I can see that it is not appropriate to glamorize the subject, it is increasingly important to get this message across – given the high rates of teenage pregnancy and STDs which Britain is currently experiencing.
Ironically, it is just this kind of patronizing behaviour which has got us in this situation in the first place – with parents who are too scared to teach their kids the facts of life, so they learn off their friends.
Now the NHS is simply trying to help them, so don’t get in the way of that, too.
