Look after those who look after you
I am not sure if enough employers in the NHS realise just how important it is to maintain the health and well-being of their workforces.
When a member of staff is under extreme stress it can often only be a reassuring word and a bit of empathy that they need to get them through that difficult situation.
However, for those times when it is not, the Department of Health has launched a new online service to help employers to look after their staff.
Given that a happy workforce is a productive workforce – I would get working.
