Never mind the spending review
Whilst most government departments will be sat quaking in their boots at the thought of the kind of cuts which they face, it is problems within trusts themselves which will are likely to cause the biggest problems in the NHS.
A mixture of financial mismanagement - and /or bad luck - has meant that some hospitals face huge financial problems.
However public sympathy will not last long for those who are cutting services, if the masses think that those cuts could have been avoided.
