Nursing in the NHS at ‘crisis point’

It’s not just nursing. I am a health care scientist and we are working to difficult targets, have had our budgets decimated and lost a quarter of our staff.
We are unable to now provide the care we know is necessary due to PCT ‘redesigning’ our service. After over 35 years in the NHS I’ve never known times as dire as these, or staff morale so low.
