I am dismayed by the union attitude – it seems they think the previous failed regime was satisfactory or better than what is proposed by Circle.

If Circle can be given a chance, and succeed, there will be much to learn for the wider NHS, and perhaps a better reform of health service management will emerge, rather than the turmoil being created at present with GPC!
