NHS Luton chief executive Angela McNab has received no pay increase in accepting the chief executive role at NHS Bedfordshire. She will continue to be paid the same salary of £139,725, which will now be shared between the two PCTs. This represents a significant saving for the two PCTs of more than £130,000 on the salary of the previous chief executive at NHS Bedfordshire. I wonder if this is the shape of things to come.
