Difficult decisions to be made
Everyone in the NHS has a lot of challenges to face – in their day to day work and then in dealing with the structural changes which the NHS is facing at the moment.
Although it will be difficult, they must stay positive – after all, what other choice is there?
Sure, you can go down the union route of causing never ending problems, but who does that really help? Does it help you? Probably not. Does it help the patients? Certainly not.
Remember who the focus of the NHS is.
