Get the patients on your side
As the Royal College of Nursing is encouraging its members to report signs of service decline, I was wondering whether there was apparatus in place for patients to do the same?
I am sure that patients’ views on the subject would prove invaluable to the College as they set about challenging the authorities on issue of quality.
