The time has now come for PCT staff who wish to remain within the health service to buckle down and get on with the job in hand.
As upsetting as working towards the end of an organisation is, it is still in the interests of the staff involved to be as co-operative and productive as possible, in order to secure employment within the new GP Consortia.
