The victims of crime
I do not understand how people can steal from the NHS – it is a service set up to save people’s lives and to improve their health.
What kind of person is willing to take money out of hands of sick people? Perhaps the government should bring in a law to ban those found guilty of fraud against the NHS from ever using its services again – or at least being presented with the bill after treatment.
Of course many would say that there are hundreds of ineffectual executives in the NHS, draining far much more money out the system – I suppose that is for their own consciences to decide.
