Why are we fighting?
It strikes me that all of the point scoring which seems to be going on at the moment is only damaging the NHS – and not progressing the argument between the government and the unions.
Whilst the unions must accept that change is happening the government needs to be more consultative with its approach toward reform.
We must all work together if we are to succeed.
