NHE365: NHS workforce management panel discussion

During National Health Executive’s NHE365 virtual event on NHS Workforce, our two panellists discussed healthcare workforce management in detail. Specifically, new technologies, innovations and processes that senior management teams can apply to enhance their workforces and improve care for their patients.

Management within NHS trusts is vital to improving efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Time and scheduling are essential for any workforce and yet senior members sometimes lack the resources, training, and equipment to carry out these tasks and instead focus more on care for patients.

To explore this topic, we were joined by Dr Makani Purva, Chief Medical Officer, Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Juliette Cosgrove, Chief Nurse and Director of Clinical Governance, NHS Professionals.

NHE Events unite leaders, innovators, and influencers from across the health sector, to address the most important issues that influence the delivery of healthcare services and create a community that drives change through collaboration.
