Monitor defers FT status for two trusts
Foundation trust status has been deferred for two trusts for up to 12 months, Monitor has announced.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) could not be assured that Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Trust has complied with all its standards that ensure the trust is delivering the right quality of sustainable services.
The trust is expected to work with the CQC to improve over the next year.
The North West Ambulance Services NHS Trust could not demonstrate its Board has the necessary processes in place to govern the required quality of care, Monitor found.
