We are facing unprecedented times, both as a health service and as a nation. Organisations, charities and healthcare workers alike are adjusting to a ‘new normal’ – new training, role descriptions and processes – all while managing overwhelming patient need.

Healthcare professionals, across the country, have transformed their day-to-day work in significantly different ways to help respond to service demands. Not to mention, new team members getting to grips with systems and technology faster in order to support.
