- Commercial
She currently holds non-executive positions at Norman Broadbent PLC and the UK audit board of Forvis Mazars.
Her leadership has led to her taking on a fellowship at Chapter Zero, a not-for-profit organisation helping NEDs around climate issues – she is also a board mentor at Criticaleye, where she coaches CEOs and senior executives.
New insight
“Our people are our greatest asset and supporting them to be the best they can be, thriving in a positive, values led culture will be key to our future in supporting the NHS,” said SCCL’s chair, Heather Tierney-Moore OBE, in response to the news.

“I would also like to personally thank non-executive director Heather Benjamin for her valued contribution over the last six years. I wish her well in her new ventures.”
Vaishampayan herself commented: “I’m delighted to be joining the SCCL board. In addition to my international experience working with a diverse range of businesses, I’m really interested in the power of AI/data and driving climate sustainability around supply chains.
